In here you'll find album
tasters, downloads of rare tracks, excerpts from various
unfinished projects and other 'just for fun' stuff...
Unreleased Goodies
Here are two tracks recorded over winter
2007/08. That project was shelved, but I like these two tracks so here is
probably your only chance to hear them.
They are quite long songs so downloads may take a
while...

Cover Versions
Previous hidden around the website, here are a few
cover versions that I did for fun whilst suffering from "writers block" .
Hawkwind - Zarozinia
Gong - Isle of
Everywhere
Pink Floyd - Welcome to the Machine
Rolling Stones - 2000 Light Years from Home
Jimi Hendrix - Third Stone From The Sun
I've got a few more tunes such as Gongs 'Fohat...',
Hawkwinds 'Golden Void' and Hendrix's 'Machine Gun' recorded as well - I might
put them all onto a CD at some point, who knows...
Staring at the Moon
As an experiment in putting together a DVD, a
super-limited promo item was produced. Limited to only 10 copies it featured
four long tracks coupled with my lightshow work and looked a bit like
this...
Staring at the Moon pt1
Staring at the Moon Pt2
(compressed with Indeo 5.11 codec)
Don't contact me for a copy as the're all long gone
:)
Glistening
Nine glissando-heavy instrumental tunes - keeping
at the fairly downbeat tempo established on 'Sacred Space'.
1 - Glistafari. An
excursion into reggae/dub territory, quite different for me.
2 - Tangled Web. Part psychedelic blues, part
glissando drift.
3 - Glistening.
Where the whole album started, lots of gliss guitar all over the stereo
spectrum.

Sacred Space
Ten spacey instrumental guitar tunes. Perhaps
more reflective than some of my other work - certainly less frantic, even jazzy
in places. Still me though.
Here are excerpts from the first four
tracks:
1 - Ship Of The Desert. Arabic percussion loops,
acoustic guitars, and a cool scale to fool around in on the
guitar.
2 - Sacred Space Almost jazzy at the start, but
moving into a more electronic groove from the middle.
3 - Jupiter Boy. 12 string guitar, nice solo work and
great drumming on this 2-part track.
4 - Deep Sea Driver, THEREMINS! (AirSynth and AirFX
actually), wonderful drum samples and probably about as fast and frantic as it
gets on this album. The last track to be finished, and one of my
favourites.
